Terms &conditions.
The terms for using this website — and why your engagement contract, not this page, governs the work we do for you.
Last updated: 21 July 2026
01What these terms cover
These terms govern your use of askquorumai.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
02They are not your engagement contract
Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a binding commitment to perform work.
Client work is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement — a statement of work, master services agreement, or equivalent. Where anything on this site conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
03Permitted use
You may browse the site and use the contact form for genuine business enquiries.
You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or any connected system, probe or scan its infrastructure, submit false information or another person's details through the form, send bulk or automated submissions, or scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others.
04Intellectual property in this site
The content, design, code, and branding of this website belong to AskQuorum AI unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce substantial portions of it without permission.
This is separate from work we build for clients: under our engagement terms, source code and intellectual property in client deliverables transfer to the client on completion.
05Accuracy of content
The material on this site is provided for general information. We take care over it but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and it is not professional, legal, or financial advice.
Case studies and engagement descriptions are anonymised and illustrative. They describe the type of work we do and the direction of the outcomes achieved. They are not a promise that similar results will be achieved for you.
06Third-party links
Where we link to external sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
07Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice.
08Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising from your use of this website.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
09Governing law
[ TO CONFIRM: governing law and the courts that will have exclusive jurisdiction — e.g. "the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru". ]
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown at the top.
